The September/October 2026 edition of the Puzzle Corner has been released, offering a new collection of challenges for readers. The column is curated by Michael S. Branicky, a 1995 ScD graduate, alongside members of the Puzzle Corner Puzzle Crew (PC2), which includes Edward Faulkner and Abe Kunin.
In addition to the new set of problems, the current issue provides solutions to the puzzles presented in the May/June 2026 installment. Readers interested in submitting their own problems, comments, or solutions are invited to email the editorial team by the October 1 deadline.
The Puzzle Corner has a history spanning six decades, having been established in 1966 by editor emeritus Allan Gottlieb. Archives of the column are available online, with historical issues through 2022 hosted at New York University and more recent editions accessible directly through the MIT Technology Review website.
