During the National Business Financing Forum 2026 held on July 30, Ngorn Saing, the CEO of RMA Cambodia, emphasized that human capital is the primary factor behind corporate success. He argued that even the most well-developed business strategies are ineffective without a skilled workforce to execute them.

Saing stressed that revenue growth is directly tied to continuous employee development. He stated, “Without investing in staff training, you can’t grow your revenue. No matter how good your plans or strategies are, in the end, business growth relies on people.”
