NASA and Boeing leadership have scheduled a news conference for Monday, Sept. 28, at 3 p.m. EDT to discuss the current status of the Starliner spacecraft. The briefing will focus on the development of the vehicle and the agency's strategy for establishing routine crewed transportation to and from the International Space Station.
The panel of speakers will feature NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman, Low Earth Orbit Program manager Dana Weigel, and NASA astronaut Woody Hoburg. Representing Boeing, John Mulholland, the company's vice president and program manager for the Commercial Crew Program, will also be in attendance.
Credentialed media members assigned to the Crew-13 mission are invited to attend the event in person at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Journalists wishing to participate remotely must contact the Kennedy newsroom via email at least one hour before the briefing begins to obtain dial-in credentials.
